Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How many people does each size of casserole serve?

A: a petite size serves 1-2, a small serves 2-4, a medium feeds approximately 6, and a large feeds 8-10.

Q: Do I need to order ahead?

A: Generally, no. We keep the shop stocked with both frozen and refrigerated dishes daily. We do recommend ordering ahead for our daily specials, as they often sell out rather quickly. We also recommend notifying us ahead of time for large orders, so that we are able to accommodate!

Q: How do I heat my casserole?

A: Instructions are included for each dish. If you happen to lose them….please give us a call at the shop so we may provide the accurate instructions for your dish!

Q: Can I pick up a casserole already heated?

A: You can! However, we do need a heads up! Please call or email with at least 1 hour of notice for a small casserole and 2 hours of notice for a medium or large casserole.

Q: Do you have any gluten free or dairy free options?

A: Our daily specials sometimes fit these paramaters. Please call the shop to inquire. The Pineapple Chicken from our Main Menu Staples is both dairy and gluten free. Our Vegetarian Enchiladas and Shrimp & Grits are also gluten free. We will note that even when a dish is gluten free, it may not be suitable for those with Celiac, as our kitchen is not a dedicated gluten free space.

Q: Can I freeze a refrigerated casserole?

A: You sure can! Once frozen, it will last for approximately 2-3 months in your freezer.

Q: Can we make modifications to a menu item?

A: Usually, no. Not because we don’t want to be accommodating, but because we make our casseroles in large batches. On a rare occasion we are capable of handling a modification, so please don’t hesitate to ask.

Q: Do you deliver?

A: We do! Please refer to our delivery page for information regarding deliveries.

Q: May I bring in my own casserole dish?

A: Yes! Please give us a week’s notice and we can prepare any of our items in your dish! (in some instances, we can accomplish this with less notice)
